What can I tell you about me?
Well, for starters, I don’t like writing about me sections. So, there’s that.

I’m a writer, actor, director, who loves story in all its forms. 

I like scary movies that also have some humor. Think Scream or The Cabin in the Woods. It’s important to know how to balance the serious and the silly, the salty and the sweet, the dark and the light (you get the idea).

I studied literature and film, worked in publishing, spent time on film sets, and now I’m combining those skills and my love of storytelling to share my thoughts and help shape yours. I love the creative process, whether I’m working on my own writing or helping others to clear the fog from their ideas. I love puzzles (another tidbit about me), and editing is one of my favorites. I love figuring out how to keep a writer’s voice while sharpening their language for clarity and impact.

I also really love chocolate. A lot. You can usually find me at my computer with a chocolate bar, a mug of hot chocolate, a chocolate chip cookie, or a slice of chocolate cake by my side.

I prefer rainy days over sunny ones. I hope that’s not a red flag.
